Step into the exciting world of skeet shooting with skills-focused instruction. You’ll learn safe shotgun handling, proper stance, and how to track and shoot clay targets launched from different angles. We’ll guide you through each Station, helping you develop accuracy, timing, and confidence in a supportive environment—no prior experience needed.
WHAT IS SKEET SHOOTING?
Skeet Shooting participants shoot at clay targets launched at consistent angles from Two Houses – an elevated High House and a Low House that is closer to the ground – as they move across a semi-circular field. The objective is to hit the target, which are thrown individually or as a True Pair, from the eight different shooting stations around the semi-circle Skeet Field. It’s a fast-paced activity that simulates bird hunting scenarios and is a popular recreational and competitive shooting sport.
